Key Responsibilities

  • Proven administrative experience: in a trade or service-based company; experience managing customer site inductions is a plus but not necessary.
  • Exceptional: customer service and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish relationships on a nationwide level.
  • Strong ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines, driven by a passion to achieve the best outcomes for our diverse customer base.
  • Possess: A flexible, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the business
  • Proficiency in: Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is advantageous.
