About the Job
We are seeking an experienced case manager to undertake end-to-end case management activities. This role involves obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively solve AAT matters at early intervention, preparing documents and attending Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings, assessing risk to all parties and providing recommendations for solutions, and maintaining electronic record keeping supporting decisions and outcomes.
About You
- You will have strong experience in end-to-end case management
- You will have previous experience in a legal setting and/or with legislation
- You will have strong experience in conciliations, tribunals, and hearings
- You will have leadership experience
- You will have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will have the ability to conduct research and analysis
- You will have strong interpersonal skills liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- You will have the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Benefits
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12-month temporary assignment
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- $60,026 per hour + Super
- Brisbane CBD Location
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold Australian Citizenship and be able to complete a federal police check.
