End-to-End Payroll Professional

This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll for a diverse workforce including novated leases and child support.
- Interpret multiple Awards and EBAs to ensure accurate entitlements are paid.
- Manage payroll records including superannuation, QLeave, and WorkCover requirements.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll in a professional and timely manner.
- Support management with month-end processes and reporting.
- Reconcile payroll accounts on a monthly basis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in interpreting complex Awards/EBAs.
- A solid foundation in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence across Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with UKG Ready software would be advantageous but not essential.
- A commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A proactive approach to team collaboration.
