The Role
- You will be undertaking end-to-end case management activities, obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively solve AAT matters at early intervention.
- You will prepare documents and attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings, assessing risk to all parties and providing recommendations for solution.
- You will maintain electronic record keeping to support decisions and outcomes.
Your Skills and Experience
- You have strong experience in end-to-end case management, with previous experience in a legal setting and/or with legislation.
- You possess leadership experience, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You can conduct research and analysis, and have strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- You can work autonomously and within a team environment.
