Payroll Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to deliver accurate, compliant and timely payroll services. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing end-to-end payroll for our diverse workforce.Main Responsibilities
- Process payroll for a diverse workforce
- Interpret complex awards and employment agreements
- Manage payroll records including novated leases and child support
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax, superannuation, QLeave and WorkCover requirements
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll
- Support management with month-end processes and reporting
- Reconcile payroll accounts monthly and annually
About You
- Proven experience interpreting and working with complex awards and employment agreements
- Solid foundation in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong Excel skills and confidence across Microsoft Office
- Ideal experience with UKG Ready
- Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality and customer service
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proactive approach to team collaboration
