About the Role

This full-time opportunity requires you to work closely with our Visual Merchandise Manager, ensuring all aspects of visual merchandising align with our brand guidelines. Based in New South Wales, you will be responsible for executing visual merchandising standards and collaborating with retail management teams to identify and implement commercially astute merchandising opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and execute VM directives, maintaining consistent visual merchandising standards aligned with brand and business requirements.
  • Work with retail management teams to identify and implement merchandising opportunities that maximize sales.
  • Execute store window displays, mannequin dressing, and styling.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and VM leaders to carry out campaigns and ensure VM objectives are met.
  • Travel up to 5-7 days at a time, working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while prioritizing safety.
About You

We're seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser with at least two years of industry experience within the retail (preferably apparel) sector. You should possess strong attention to detail, good time management and prioritization skills, and be self-motivated with a can-do approach and willingness to adapt to changing situations.
