We are seeking an exceptional Operational Store Coordinator to join our Burberry team in this exciting retail role.

Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support the store's back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and experience with SAP software. They will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, supporting the sales team, maintaining inventory control, and adhering to Retail Operations standards.

About the Role

As an Operational Store Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels, receiving stock orders, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Supporting the sales team with timely stock retrieval, including Omnichannel and stock pullbacks.
  • Ensuring the back-of-house area is tidy and compliant with company standards.
  • Conducting quality control checks on all products and reporting any issues to the store lead.
  • Supporting aftersales processes, such as alterations, repairs, and personalisation, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitoring stockroom equipment and reporting any concerns through internal channels.
  • Completing ad-hoc administration tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Assisting with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as required by store management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
  • Prior experience with SAP software is desirable.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
