The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and experience with SAP software. They will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, supporting the sales team, maintaining inventory control, and adhering to Retail Operations standards.
About the RoleAs an Operational Store Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels, receiving stock orders, and reporting discrepancies.
- Supporting the sales team with timely stock retrieval, including Omnichannel and stock pullbacks.
- Ensuring the back-of-house area is tidy and compliant with company standards.
- Conducting quality control checks on all products and reporting any issues to the store lead.
- Supporting aftersales processes, such as alterations, repairs, and personalisation, to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitoring stockroom equipment and reporting any concerns through internal channels.
- Completing ad-hoc administration tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
- Assisting with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as required by store management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
- Prior experience with SAP software is desirable.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 per annum, depending on location, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development within our luxury brand.
