Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic impact nationally as the Director, Strategy and Operations.

This full-time, three-year fixed-term executive contract offers an exciting opportunity to lead a Professional Services Hub supporting a faculty's academic and research mission.

The successful candidate will guide professional staff in a faculty educating Australia's largest cohort of nursing students, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish key performance indicators and monitor progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to professional staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
