We are seeking a Senior Partner Seller to support our transformational vision. The successful candidate will help accelerate Digital Transformation and drive predictable outcomes for partners.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with partners to generate new business opportunities in SLED, state, local education, and health sectors.
- Ensure partners deliver successful projects to customers.
- Support joint sales pursuits, guiding field interlock, resulting in sourced NNACV.
- Drive average account growth through joint go-to-market plans considering our four C requirements: Capacity, Capability, Competency, and Customer Success.
- Develop capacity plans to position partners effectively to sell the value of our Now Platform and provide successful customer implementations.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Broad-based business and technology expertise with 10+ years in sales or 7+ years in partner management or consulting.
- Proven experience working with multiple cities and markets.
- Effective partnering with Sales teams to grow the partner ecosystem in a win-as-a-team environment.
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor.
- Must have experience selling to SLED/Gov.
This role is open to Sydney-based candidates but we will consider other locations.
