We are seeking an exceptional Group Executive Chef to drive the culinary vision across several prestigious Sydney locations. As a senior leader, you will work closely with the executive team to shape an elevated and cohesive dining experience, balancing creative and operational responsibilities.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a culinary leader who is passionate about Middle Eastern cuisine and excited to join a reputable and growing brand in Sydney. You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of kitchen management, from menu development to quality control, while building strong relationships with local suppliers to secure the finest ingredients that uphold the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, manage food safety standards, inventory, and supplier relationships, ensuring consistency in quality and service across all venues.
  • People Management: Lead recruitment, training, and team development, creating a collaborative, high-performing kitchen culture. Inspire and mentor your team to deliver excellence at every level.
  • Financial Management: Ensure profitability through effective budget management, food cost control, and P&L oversight, balancing financial goals with uncompromising quality.
  • Product Development: Partner with the executive team on menu innovation and concept refinement, keeping the dining experience fresh, authentic, and aligned with culinary trends.

To succeed in this role, you will require demonstrated experience as an Executive Chef specialising in Middle Eastern cuisine, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating a lasting impact within Sydney's culinary landscape. The ideal candidate must also have full working rights and the ability to attend an onsite practical interview in Sydney as part of the recruitment process.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of AUD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
