We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a proven track record of success in business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- You must be a hunter with face-to-face B2B new business development and cold-calling experience.
- You have a well-crafted sales process/methodology.
- You're super organized with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- You're a trusted advisor who shares in your clients' success.
- You're highly motivated, build rapport easily and develop long-lasting business relationships.
- You have a high level of personal integrity and initiative.
