Sales Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to take on a key role in our business at New Era Technology.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales expert who is passionate about technology and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Manage key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure high service levels and satisfaction
  • Drive revenue growth by selling across all product categories, including equipment, services, and infrastructure solutions
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and proactive prospecting
  • Conduct regular client engagements such as meetings, workshops, and reviews to maintain strong relationships and uncover new needs
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an MSP or IT service provider
  • Technical understanding of managed services, networks and /or security solutions
  • Established skill set in solution and relationship sales
  • Demonstrated achievement of sales quota goals on a consistent basis
  • Proven history of selling large technology projects that require multi-level approvals in small - mid size organizations
