New Choice Homes, part of the Spadaccini Group of Companies, has been delivering tailored residential building solutions since 2009. We work with owner-occupiers, developers, and investors, offering a complete service from concept to completion.

Due to company growth, a new and exciting opportunity has become available to join our team as a New Home Sales Consultant.

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced and driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you'll guide clients through the journey of building their dream home — from the first enquiry to contract signing — while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll conduct engaging sales presentations, meet and exceed sales targets, and keep up to date with market trends and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong client relationships and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process
  • Conducting professional sales presentations and consultations
  • Negotiating and finalising contracts
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Participating in regular training sessions
  • Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and company offerings

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service and sales skills, preferably in new home or property sales
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in delivering presentations and product knowledge
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry (advantageous)
  • Current and valid driver's licence
  • Must be available to work weekends on a regular basis
