Key Responsibilities:- Learn and develop product knowledge to deliver informative demonstrations and explain features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships using interpersonal skills, clarifying questions, and anticipating needs.
- Provide high-quality in-store customer service, assisting with vehicle, aftermarket, and finance-related queries.
- Attend customer appointments, support test drives, and assist with vehicle delivery and handover.
- Help prepare and process sales contracts, trade-in documentation, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and the DMS.
- Support customer satisfaction goals, follow up post-delivery, and assist with valuations and other duties as required.
You'll need strong interest or background in sales, retail, or the automotive industry, with exceptional customer service and communication skills (written and verbal). You must be confident using Microsoft Office and digital platforms, with strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
