As a key member of the Organisational Development and Design team, you will play a critical role in coordinating committee and reference group meetings, performing secretariat functions, and administering the Department's learning management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion governance structure.
  • Coordinate committee and reference group meetings and perform associated secretariat functions.
  • Administer the Department of Justice learning management system.
  • Coordinate the delivery of learning programs.
  • Undertake classification reviews and provide recommendations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience in learning and development, organisational development, or a related field is highly desirable.
