About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Culture Capability Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of our diversity and inclusion strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of our diversity, equity, and inclusion governance structure, including coordinating committee and reference group meetings.
  • Administer our learning management system, including answering employee queries, running reports, and uploading/editing materials as required.
  • Coordinate the delivery of learning programs, including provider management, room bookings, participant management, and associated communications.
  • Undertake classification reviews through research, assessment, and preparation of recommendations, including providing advice to managers on classification and job design processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and practices.
