- Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support is essential for this position, ensuring that professionals possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- At least 6 months of full-time experience within the disability sector is also required, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with people with diverse needs and abilities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with brain trauma and/or high complex care, as well as a manual handling certificate valid within the last 12 months. They will also hold a current national police clearance and be willing to obtain working with children check and NDIS worker clearance if required.
