Job Description

The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing compensation programs for diverse employee groups. Leveraging broad-based compensation expertise, this professional provides integrated management consulting and solutions to support the organization's strategic objectives.

This key position entails managing ongoing, periodic, and ad hoc compensation projects, collaborating with executive compensation program administration, and providing education and guidance to compensation staff.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or closely related field of study; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Seven years of increasingly responsible professional work experience in Compensation and/or Human Resources, including evaluating jobs, conducting salary surveys, and administering large-scale pay programs.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR principles, statistical analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. They will also be knowledgeable about relevant employment laws and able to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive compensation information.
