We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Business Growth Officer, you will be responsible for developing new business through referrals, website enquiries, and outbound calls. To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities. A self-driven and results-oriented mindset with a history of achieving sales targets is essential. You should also be passionate about learning and enhancing existing skills, along with great client-facing skills.

- Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to propose suitable solutions.
- Demonstrated Sales Success: Demonstrated success in a sales capacity, preferably within the recruitment or BPO industry.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities.
