Job Description

Accor Nords Wharf, New South Wales, Australia is seeking a Sales Executive role.

  • Provide quotations for enquiries across all segments ensuring revenue is maximised
  • Manage a portfolio of major accounts that have specific potential for the hotels
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of rates, packages and operational details of the hotel in order to conduct site inspections with the client base
  • Ensure product knowledge master manual for the Sales & Marketing department is current and up to date
  • Handle sales telephone calls and follow through using own initiative
  • Use Client Management System to maintain accurate and up to date details on accounts
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in either hotel operations or a sales and marketing role
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment where excellent planning and execution skills are vital
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage all types of stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills
