Senior Instructor – Rail Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Learning and Development team as a Training Officer – Rail Safety.
- Deliver and assess training content to internal and external stakeholders in line with business objectives, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes learner engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop existing courseware to ensure it meets business policy, procedures, and industry standards.
- Build strong relationships with learners to establish clear responsibilities.
- Conduct regular reviews of courseware to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance training delivery and assessment.
- Proven experience working within the rail corridor, performing Safe working duties such as TFPC 3.2.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Competencies required to complete the duties of a Track Force Protection Coordinator (TFPC 3.2 & TFPC 3.3 where relevant for the level) and Track Vehicle Operator (TVO 1).
- Experience delivering and assessing Accredited / Non-Accredited Training.
