About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our travel sales team. As a Travel Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance of the team, providing guidance and support to team members, and contributing to the development of strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve sales skills
  • Solve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and manage end-to-end travel bookings for customers
  • Achieve personal sales targets while exceeding team sales targets
  • Oversee the management of booking systems and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in travel consulting and sales
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets in the travel industry
  • Certificate in Travel Tourism or relevant qualification
