Helloworld Travel Marion has multiple new exiting opportunities for experienced and emerging travel sales consultants based in a customer facing retail store to take on full and part time contracts with the opportunity to plan, book and coordinate travel experiences, learning from the most experienced in the business

About us:

  • Join an experienced, social and supportive team
  • Flexible 6-day roster with FTE. negotiations available to suit your needs
  • Office located in a convenient Westfield Marion
  • Learn from the senior management team with combined 100+ years' experience
  • Share your love of travel with our loyal client group through your sales of your most loved destinations
  • Provision of customer service to our large customer base in person, over the phone and via email
  • Exiting role to plan, book and coordinate travel experiences from start to finish

About you:

  • Knowledge and experience with travel bookings
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
  • Holds competent computer literacy skills and experience with ability to confidently learn new computer systems and boost your skills
  • Motivated, punctual, approachable, and organised employee with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in preparing and issuing invoices, taking payments and ability to maintain financial documents
