**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Specialist to join our dynamic team at ADK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Prepare project folders and maintain accurate records.
  • Enter field work data and process procurement of materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate hydrovac fleet scheduling and project reporting.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and phone manner skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Valid driver's license (truck license preferred).
  • White Card (training will be provided if required).
  • Civil experience is an advantage but not necessary.

Work Arrangements

  • Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
  • Average 40 to 50 hours per week.
