**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Specialist to join our dynamic team at ADK.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Prepare project folders and maintain accurate records.
- Enter field work data and process procurement of materials.
- Schedule and coordinate staff operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate hydrovac fleet scheduling and project reporting.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and phone manner skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
- Valid driver's license (truck license preferred).
- White Card (training will be provided if required).
- Civil experience is an advantage but not necessary.
Work Arrangements
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
- Average 40 to 50 hours per week.
