Project Transition Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Project Transition Lead to spearhead the ICT services transition for a Federal Government agency. This critical project involves leading strategy, managing risk, and guiding internal teams and external relationships through a complex ICT transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the full project lifecycle for the ICT services transition
  • Developing and executing an ICT strategy that aligns with broader business objectives
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across departments, ensuring strong communication and trust
  • Supporting the internal ICT function, overseeing daily operations, team performance, and service continuity
  • Advising senior stakeholders on systems security, continuity, and vendor management
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in successfully delivering ICT projects in the public sector
  • NV1 security clearance (must be current)
  • Experience managing ICT transitions or shared service implementations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to bring people on the journey
  • Financial oversight experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external providers
