Job Title: Repairs Leadership Position

The Repairs Manager will oversee and coordinate repair functions across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Repair ownership across the region.

  • Define, build, and implement overall Repair Strategy including Service Exchange.

  • Meet KPIs for customer quote delivery, financial performance, job cost, and DIFOT.

  • Manage and lead repairs team consisting of coordinators, administrators, planners, and technical support coordinators.

  • Act as deputy to Service Center Manager, filling in when required.

  • Identify new repair opportunities, build partnerships, and expand market reach to drive revenue and growth.

  • Maintain or develop standards, processes, and procedures while driving standardization within the repairs team.

  • Maintain positive relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Travel expected in this role. Volumes vary based on requirements.

  • Perform other duties as directed by manager.

Requirements:

  • Commitment to Safety and fostering inclusive work environment.

  • Minings professional with strong background in engineering, metallurgy, plant operations, or services to mining industry in fixed plant arena.

  • Proven track record in managing repairs of large industrial mining equipment.

  • Solid sales/business development experience within region.

  • Good understanding of mining operations and criticality of plant availability and planned maintenance.

  • Experience working with customers to align provision of FLS plant and equipment through optimisation and digitisation.

  • Financial acumen and cost consciousness with history of cost-effective practices.

  • Excellent commercial knowledge, communication, and high-level negotiation skills.

  • Ability to deliver in fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
