About the Role

  • This leadership-focused position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to take on a supervisory role in our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of skilled mechanics and trade assistants.
  • Allocate and prioritise daily maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support and respond to breakdowns.
  • Manage workshop documentation and spare parts usage.

About You

  • You're a motivated, reliable professional with a strong focus on safety and leadership.
  • You have experience working with Scania and Volvo (highly desirable).
  • You possess HR licence (preferred) and previous leadership or mentoring experience – or a desire to take that next step.
  • You're flexible to work shifts, including a rotating weekend roster.
  • You excel in communication and time management skills.
