We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our repair operations team.

Job Description

The Repair Operations Director will oversee the management and coordination of repair functions across the region, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end repair services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement repair strategies to meet customer quote delivery and financial performance KPIs
  • Manage a team of repair professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of repair tasks
  • Act as deputy to the Service Center Manager, contributing to strategic decision-making and process improvement initiatives
  • Identify new repair opportunities, driving growth and revenue expansion
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service quality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in managing large industrial mining equipment repairs, with expertise in engineering, metallurgy, plant operations, or services
  • Strong sales/business development experience, with a solid understanding of mining operations and criticality of plant availability
  • Financial acumen, with cost consciousness and excellent commercial knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to deliver in fast-paced environments and analyze regional mining footprints
