Job Title: Mobile Phone Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mobile phone repair professional to fill this opportunity.

This is a long-term position with the possibility of advancing to a leadership role or even setting up your own mobile phone repair business in the future.

As a mobile phone repair specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining mobile phones, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in mobile phone repair and possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in smartphone software and hardware repairs.

Additionally, you will be required to work 3 days or more per week, with opportunities for sales commissions based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain mobile phones to the highest standards of quality
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Meet sales targets through sales commissions and other performance-based incentives
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in mobile phone repair, ideally with a focus on smartphone software and hardware repairs
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in smartphone software and hardware repairs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work 3 days or more per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
