Child and Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Child and Family Support Specialist.

This role requires an individual with the ability to provide intensive family support services to complex, vulnerable families. The successful candidate will work in partnership with families to develop and implement tailored case management plans that address specific needs and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in social work, human services, or psychology, and possess current experience working with children, young people, and families with complex needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in social work, human services, or psychology

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
