Early Childhood Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Centre Manager in building an outstanding centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including child safety policies and codes of conduct
  • Create weekly staff schedules, ensuring that wage budgets are met and staffing levels are optimized
  • Review reports and data to inform business decisions and drive centre growth with the Centre Leadership team
  • Manage document storage and archiving systems, ensuring secure and compliant record-keeping practices
  • Analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and track attendance figures through daily reporting
  • Handle maintenance requests and supplier management, ensuring efficient operations
  • Plan and execute events and activities, enhancing the centre's reputation and engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Reconcile financial statements and maintain data integrity
  • Conduct workplace health and safety audits and procedures, promoting a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Current Valid Working with Children Check
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong skills in CRM and database management
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Full working rights in Australia
