About the Role- Maintain the superannuation risk and compliance framework.
- Oversee the risk register.
- Identify new and emerging risks and implement framework improvements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments.
- Manage the risk and compliance aspects of new and existing outsourced service providers.
- Act as the primary regulatory liaison.
- Ensure ongoing compliance obligations are met.
- Prepare and present risk and compliance reporting to the Board and relevant committees.
- Prior experience in a risk and compliance role focused on superannuation.
- Strong superannuation experience and knowledge of associated legislation and compliance requirements.
- Previous experience building high-level internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
We offer an attractive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
