Community Development Programs Officer

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of remote First Nations communities in the Northern Territory. This is a fixed-term contract with frequent travel and varying work schedules.

This role involves providing coverage for Community Development Programs (CDPs) in various communities, working closely with local staff and stakeholders to achieve program goals, developing and maintaining relationships with community members and leaders, and participating in community events and activities to promote our services.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Building strong relationships with community members and leaders
  • Promoting our services through community engagement
