Community Development Program Leadership Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to drive strategy, influence outcomes, and make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals, families, and communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Community Development Program Site Managers across multiple locations, overseeing service delivery guidelines, providing strategic operational advice, and managing financial responsibilities.

  • Lead, develop, and support Community Development Program Site Managers in delivering effective community-based initiatives.
  • Oversee service delivery guidelines and reporting obligations to government agencies.
  • Provide strategic operational advice to senior management teams.
  • Manage financial responsibilities and budgets for CDP programs.
  • Drive community engagement and development through participatory approaches.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in community development leadership, human services, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and advisory skills at senior management level.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and government-funded programs.
  • Commitment to ethical, community-focused service delivery.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to remote locations, including overnight stays.
