Motor Training Specialist

The key objective of this role is to enhance the skills and expertise of the motor assessing team, ensuring they are proficient in delivering high-quality services and meeting performance targets.

  • Develop tailored training modules and programs that cater to varying levels of experience and expertise within the assessing team.
  • Utilize blended learning approaches incorporating digital induction programs.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative learning experiences.
  • Analyse feedback from trainees to refine and adjust training programs as required.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective pedagogical methods to deliver training programs that equip learners with relevant skills.
  • Apply adult learning principles and methodologies to meet key training requirements.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce high-quality learning materials, videos, and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records within a Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in designing and delivering learning materials or similar environments is highly desirable.
  • Certificate IV in Adult Training and Vocational Learning (preferred but not essential).
  • Proficient in using digital learning experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
