Senior Training Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Training Specialist. This role is focused on market research, curriculum development, training delivery, data-driven optimization, and cross-cultural collaboration with headquarters and overseas teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: The successful candidate will gain an in-depth understanding of the local market, researching topics such as brand localization, sales management, store management, user experience, and after-sales service.

  2. Curriculum Development: They will develop standardized courses and training materials based on frontline needs and local market research.

  3. Training Delivery: They will lead the full-cycle delivery of local projects, collaborating with the local team to ensure project delivery meets requirements.

  4. Data-Driven Optimization: They will continuously iterate course content and delivery formats based on training data, sales results, and frontline feedback.

  5. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: They will work closely with the headquarters and overseas teams to ensure that training is aligned with business strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in languages, education, psychology, marketing, automotive engineering, or related fields.

  2. At least 2 years of training experience in the automotive industry, with preference given to those with experience in overseas market course development or delivery.

  3. Fluent in English, with daily Chinese communication skills highly valued.

  4. Proficient in courseware development and office tools.
