This role is a full-time, permanent position based in either Altona or Sunshine.
Your Responsibilities- Manage the performance and development of a team of motor assessors.
- Provide coaching and support to the team.
- Ensure compliance is adhered to and high standards are met.
- Drive a positive culture within the team.
- Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others.
Location: You will be based in either Altona or Sunshine in the western suburbs.
Working from Home: 1 day a week working from home. This role requires you to visit vehicles on-site; however, once onsite work is completed, administrative tasks can be done from home.

You do NOT need to have worked as a motor assessor previously to be suitable for this role.
- Trade qualified in panel beating or spray painting.
- Experience and knowledge of the motor body repair industry.
- Experience in a leadership role such as workshop manager.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Broad understanding of insurance claims and processes is a plus.
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Must have a Full Driver's License and be willing to undergo a police check.
Training and induction: Full training is provided for the role, and you will partner directly with a qualified assessor to learn the role in full.
