Job Description:

As an Affiliate Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the senior team with administrative tasks related to media campaigns. Your duties will include:

  • Building foundational knowledge of media processes and gaining a solid understanding of the fundamentals.
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external teams to contribute to effective working relationships with clients, agency partners, and media owners.
  • Supporting the team in managing client affiliates programs to exceed targets.
  • Assisting with onboarding, management, and optimization of affiliate partners.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Providing support and guidance on campaign analysis, client engagements, presentations, and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An interest in learning about the entire media and advertising marketplace, particularly in digital and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to grasp numerical and mathematical concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
