Job Description:

As Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Ads & Affiliate team with diverse activities.

This is a great opportunity for a driven, organised, and proactive individual who has ambitions to progress within the affiliate space.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring seamless onboarding for retail partners at scale
  • Liaising with retailers and internal cross-functional teams to implement campaigns
  • Collaborating with leadership and cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams across our organisation to drive partner success
  • Tracking, measuring, and communicating program performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Building internal processes to streamline workflows
  • Meeting individual and team deadlines, KPIs, and targets

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some experience in a partnerships-based role, be proactive, curious, and full of grit to find solutions to problems, rather than avoiding them. You will also need the ability to build relationships within various industries and people, be self-motivated and competitive, work fast and smart, and have a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
