Senior Night Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Night Operations Manager to oversee hotel operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and safe guest experience from night until morning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage hotel operations as manager on duty, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Perform night audit functions to ensure accurate revenue balancing in rooms and food & beverage
  • Handle guest concerns and provide prompt resolutions to guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Ensure guest safety throughout the night

Successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. They will also have extensive knowledge of Front Office operations and prior experience working with Opera Cloud or similar systems.

Requirements:
  • Full Australian Working Rights (this role is not available for sponsorship)
  • Service-focused personality and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting practices
  • Prior experience working in hospitality management
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture
