Project Coordinator Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator Manager to support our Defence division.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that could be based at any of the main defence bases in the Northern Territory. As a Project Coordinator Manager, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the delivery of project support services across multiple defence bases.

  • Engage with project stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project progress delivery requirements and provide advice on its construction and maintenance.
  • Enhance the performance of project coordination by monitoring and tracking internal metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships with base management teams, project delivery agents (PDS, CFI, NPS), and the internal project team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in project management or project coordination roles, preferably within Defence or similar environment.
  • Experience in engaging and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
