Key Account Director Role

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Director to spearhead national sales for a prominent producer of mining drilling consumables.

This position combines strategic market development with hands-on leadership to drive sustained revenue growth and client success.

  • Drive business expansion by developing and executing targeted sales strategies to grow the company's Top Hammer and Down-the-Hole drilling consumables business.
  • Optimise sales operations by introducing structured sales processes and performance metrics, driving measurable improvements in conversion rates, client retention, and revenue per account.
  • Expand the client portfolio by proactively identifying, engaging, and securing new high-value DTH and Th accounts while deepening relationships with existing clients to unlock cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Essential Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience within the drilling consumables sector.
  • Experience within a similar role with a proven track record of driving sales and developing new and existing business.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to strategize sales, sales costings and understand contract T&Cs.
