Job Title: ICT Warehouse Operations Specialist

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT warehouse operations specialist to manage daily warehouse activities, including hardware asset imaging, dispatch, and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of hardware assets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate timely and efficient imaging, dispatch, and returns of hardware assets.
  • Develop and maintain asset tracking workflows using ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with business processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing ICT warehouse operations.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset tracking workflows.
  • Citizen (Eligible to obtain Baseline clearance).
