Restaurant Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated leader to manage the daily operations of our restaurant. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team through busy service periods, delivering exceptional customer service, and proactively improving guest experience.
About the Role- Lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and create a positive dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to drive business success.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- A QLD approved Certified RSA License is mandatory.
- A current and approved First Aid and CPR Certificate is required.
- A QLD approved Food Safety Certificate is essential.
