Effective Restaurant Leaders Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead and motivate our team of 20-50 members in driving sales growth and building engagement within our restaurant.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with at least 6 years of leadership experience managing teams of 20+.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and motivating the team to achieve high standards
- Collaborating closely with Area Managers to ensure seamless operations
- Managing financial performance, including profit & loss, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ownership of local initiatives by engaging with community groups to make a positive impact
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a passion for the hospitality industry with a customer-centric approach.
