Restaurant Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer interactions, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.


Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall guest experience. To achieve this, you will need to develop and implement effective strategies, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to drive business results.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver outstanding results. You will also need to demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and quality food products.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • QLD approved Certified RSA License
  • Current and approved First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • QLD approved Food Safety Certificate
