Corporate Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Corporate Events Coordinator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for corporate event planning, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event management, preferably in Casino, Hotels, or large hospitality environments. A proven track record of successfully coordinating and executing flawless events is essential.

  • Lead the events team to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting budget and operational goals.
  • Maximize revenue from external events by upselling venue services and cross-selling property offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients throughout event planning and delivery.
  • Manage complimentary events efficiently by controlling costs while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of all events over 12 guests, coordinating with external suppliers, venue managers, and executives.

About You:
