Event Operations Manager

Deliver world-class event experiences in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing large-scale events across our venues.

As an Event Operations Manager, you will:

  • Be the primary point of contact and escalation for clients and stakeholders during event tenancy.
  • Plan and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of client and guest service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in event operations, food and beverage management, and customer service.

Required Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum four years industry experience, including two years in a senior supervisory role.
  • Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work in a team or autonomously with minimal direction.
