Corporate Event Coordinator

Are you ready to bring world-class corporate events to life?


This role offers the chance to work with a dynamic, fast-paced agency delivering large-scale conferences, meetings, product launches, and corporate events for some of the world's biggest brands.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end coordination of events, including venue sourcing, supplier management, AV, catering, and delegate logistics
  • Assisting in developing and managing event timelines, budgets, and run sheets
  • Coordinating registrations, delegate communications, and reporting
  • Working closely with internal teams, clients, sponsors, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
  • Providing on-site support and ensuring every event meets client expectations
  • Contributing to post-event reporting and continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in corporate event coordination, strong organisational skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience with event management software. They will also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for events.
