Event Manager Position

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and web-based meetings, events, and conferences with meticulous attention to detail
  • Assist with the delivery of high-quality events through exceptional customer service skills
  • Support relationships with key stakeholders, including Fellows, Trainees, Staff, specialty societies, and external organisations

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience as an event coordinator
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and execute events efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience speaking to small and large groups
  • Professional personal presentation and organisational skills
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of successful event coordination
  • Experience working with conference software and registration platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
